Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Conditions for Return

For an item to be eligible for a return, it must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all original tags attached.
  • The item must have the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] or call us at 719-425-0874 within the 30-day return window. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your item back.
  3. Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  4. Clearly write the provided RMA number on the outside of the package.
  5. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Processing Times

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
